Itinerary
Day 01 :
Arrival & Opening Circle
- Pick-up at Cusco airport and transfer to retreat center in Urubamba
- Light meal and rest
- Orientation meeting: retreat structure, safety, and intentions
- Coca tea and altitude adjustment
- Opening circle: set personal and group intentions
- Early night for rest and grounding
Day 02 :
Energy Cleansing & First Ayahuasca Ceremony
- Morning: Introduction to Amazonian medicine and its purpose
- Floral cleansing bath with healing plants
- Guided breathwork or meditation
- Light meals in preparation for ceremony
- Evening: First Ayahuasca Ceremony guided by a traditional shaman
- Overnight rest and silence
Day 03 :
Integration & Nature Connection
- Gentle morning integration circle with facilitators
- Light breakfast and grounding practices
- Optional solo nature walk or journaling time
- Rapé or Sananga ceremony (optional)
- Restorative evening: herbal infusions, sound bath or quiet reflection
Day 04 :
Andean Ceremony: Pachamama Offering
- Morning ritual: Despacho ceremony (Offering to Pachamama)
- Led by an Andean priest (paq’o) with coca leaf readings (optional)
- Learn about reciprocity and gratitude in Andean cosmology
- Group reflection and sharing circle
- Early rest to prepare for next ceremony
Day 05 :
Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
- Light breakfast, then fasting and inner preparation
- Breathwork, meditation, or creative expression (mandalas, art, writing)
- Evening: Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
- Deep night of healing and introspection
- Overnight in silence and care
Day 06 :
Deep Integration & Body Restoration
- Gentle group integration circle
- Body movement therapy or gentle yoga
- Sharing experiences with peers and facilitators
- Optional energy cleansing (flower bath or temazcal if offered)
- Reflection time in nature or one-on-one support
Day 07 :
Third Ayahuasca Ceremony (Optional)
- Open space for final deep healing ceremony (for those who feel called)
- Others may choose to rest, journal, or participate in a Rapé/Sananga ritual
- Final Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening for deeper closure
- Overnight rest in sacred silence
Day 08 :
Closing Circle & Departure
- Shared breakfast and closing integration circle
- Group gratitude ritual and energetic closure
- Transfer back to Cusco city or airport based on departure schedule
